Time Together That Matters

Father and Son Weekend offers a focused time away from distractions. Through camp activities, worship, and shared experiences, dads and sons connect in a setting built for relationship and growth.

Arrival: Friday at 7:00 pm
Departure: Sunday at 11:00 am

Huddle Up to Build Influence!   Take the opportunity to invest in your Father and Son relationship with this active and engaging weekend, full of adventure and great teaching!  We promise to keep you moving all weekend!   Recommended as a resource for family ministries and small groups of Fathers and Sons, age 6 through 17.

John Messner
Music Pastor at Danville First Baptist Church
John graduated from Eastern University with a BA in Music Education, is the front man for a Christian rock band, Saline and has been a worship coordinator and director at multiple churches and Christian camps, including Camp Orchard Hill! His hobbies include playing, writing and recording music, playing baseball or basketball, reading, watching the Phillies and playing board games. John and his wife Shelly have 4 children, have a heart for adoption and would love to talk with anyone interested in foster care and/or adoption. John has been a frequent and very popular speaker at our family events and we’re excited to partner with him for the return of Father and Son Weekend 2026!

Pricing

Full Weekend - $190 per person
Weekend rate includes 4 meals, lodging and programming.

Program includes

Program Includes: Climbing Wall, Giant Pendulum Swing, Ziplines, Fishing and Frogging, The BLOB and Boating, GAGA, Archery, Hawk Toss, Wiffleball, Kickball, Campfires, S’mores and always Worship and the WORD together with your son!
Paintball Option: An additional $30/person will give you 2 hours of paintball, 500 paintballs, and Co2 ($20 if you bring your own marker, mask and tank)
