Meals
Most guests rate our delicious meals as one of the highlights of their stay! Prior to joining our team, our Food Services Director Chef Steve Bassett was a wedding caterer and food truck operator. Chef Steve prepares hearty, flavorful meals which appeal to all ages and appetites. Our friendly kitchen staff strive to provide our fresh, hot, tasty meals with kindness and smiles.
We are happy to accommodate guests with specific food preferences, special diets, sensitivities, and allergies through the wide variety of food on our hot self-service food line and our new double-sided, 12’ soup and salad bar. Our foods are marked with the “Big 9” allergy ingredients so guests can be aware of any ingredient which might be a concern, and guests are always welcome to speak with our kitchen staff if they have questions. Guests with anaphylactic allergies should inform our kitchen staff prior to arrival so we can prepare individual meals and avoid potential cross contamination.
“The food options are great! Chef Steve and his team do a phenomenal job and I love the salad bar and yogurt choices.” ~ 2024 group leader
