Speakers:  Rob Cruver

 "Your Family Crest' -  it's all about our inheritance and legacy in Christ.

Robert W. Cruver has been serving as Senior Pastor of Zarephath Christian Church since 2004. He has been ministering full time at Zarephath with the Pillar of Fire International since 1992 and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees with the Pillar of Fire. R

ob can be heard regularly on STAR 99.1. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, churches and retreats.

Rob served as President of Somerset Christian College in Zarephath, NJ from 1992 through 2004, having led the school through the processes of licensing and accreditation. He now serves as SCC Chancellor and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Somerset Christian College is an institution of higher education that trains men and women for vocational and lay ministry, as well as those who simply desire to deepen their walk with God.

Rob carries a passion for ministry that also finds expression in his involvement with young people. He has also served as a youth pastor and prison chaplain. He has been the overseer of Autumn Blaze, a youth festival and concert outreach to teens in the metropolitan area, and Co-founder of Victory Sports Camps. Rob now serves as the Director of Urban Impact, the newest Pillar of Fire ministry, which shares the love of Jesus with teen and pre-teen urban boys and girls through academic and athletic development, mentoring, and spiritual nurture.

A native of Franklin Township, Rob is a graduate of Quinnipiac College (undergraduate program) as well as the University of Kentucky (graduate program) where he specialized in human anatomy and physical therapy, an interest that continues to this day. Rob worked for many years as a Physical Therapist in private practice and in recent years as a consultant. After graduating from UK and in response to God's call on his life, Rob attended Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY where he earned an MA in Theology. In May 2003, he completed his Doctor of Ministry degree in Leadership at Asbury.

Rob and his wife Debra have two children, Hannah and Luke. To all who know him, Rob is a faithful and caring servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, whose prime passion in life is to bring people into a closer walk with God.

Register online: To register online click on the link. The father must register as a camper as well as his son(s). First you will set up your family info then click add camper. Please make sure the father is added as a camper. Consider yourself a new user unless your child has come to resident or day camp previously.

Things to Bring: Bible, pen/paper, towels/toiletries, sleeping bag and pillow, fishing poles, spending money, sporting equipment, warm and cool weather clothing, flashlight.
