What makes it the BEST WEEK EVER???

Each Saturday, as campers head home, we hear those words. So what’s all the hype? We’ll try to paint a picture for you, but you’ve really gotta be here this summer for all the new experiences, all the laughs and the life-long relationships you’ll build with your counselors, other campers and Jesus Christ.

Out back, you can race down our quad-zip lines, rip around the go cart track, or engage in combat on our 2 paintball fields.
At Lake Manjo, BLOB like it’s your job, be the king of the Rock-it, or enjoy a boat ride as you try to reel in the Manjo Monster!
Maybe you’re a Ga-Ga juggernaut, can climb the Wall like a ring-tailed lemur, or perhaps you prefer the adrenaline rush of the Giant Swing.
For the chill crowd, you can hit the Apple Tree snack shop, grab a Moxie and meander to the pool for a wild ride down our whirling Vortex waterslide.

You can tear it up on your bike or board at our Woodward skatepark, dunk or dodge at the gym, or dominate the game room.
At COH, you create your day of electives and you decide what to do with your free time. We’ll fill in the rest with crazy MCP songs, off-the-wall skits and speakers that care about what you’re going through.

Parents

Here at Camp Orchard Hill we are dedicated to providing a place that is physically, emotionally, socially, mentally and spiritually safe. Our desire is to partner with parents in helping them raise better children and we believe that camp is an important part of the equation. The 21^st Century Study, conducted by the American Camping Association, confirmed that parents, camp staff, and children reported significant growth as a result of a summer camp experience in the following areas: peer relationships, self esteem, independence, leadership, friendship skills, values, decisions, and spirituality to name a few.

Our staff has character, enthusiasm and a desire to share the love of Christ by building positive, lasting relationships with your child.
All resident counseling staff are college age and undergo a rigorous screening process including application, references, interview and state and national background checks.
At Camp Orchard Hill, your child’s safety comes first and activities are designed with that in mind. In addition, we are prepared with a registered nurse on staff, certified lifeguards and staff trained in CPR and first aid.
Camp cabins are air conditioned with a bathhouse and showers in close proximity. Each cabin houses two counselors and a maximum of 14 campers.
In all things, from delicious food to clean facilities and creative programming, we strive to serve you and your child with excellence!

You can indicate cabin mate preferences on your registration form and we'll attempt to honor your request. Please note: All cabin-mates must be within one year's age of each other, and requests must be written.
