Step 1: Verbal reservation. Will be held for a maximum of two weeks.
Step 2: A “Group Rental Contract” and planning guide will be issued which must be signed and returned within two weeks of issue date. Groups must provide copy of Certificate of Insurance showing liability coverage.
Step 3: A deposit of 15% of total expected bill is due with the completed “Group Rental Contract” Deposit is non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your reservation number and for guests that exceed your reservation number.
Step 4: Upon receipt of the contract and deposit, the Rental Group Coordinator will contact you to review the Planning Guide. One month before your retreat you must submit your schedule and our retreat needs sheet. A final count must be called in no later than FIVE DAYS prior to your arrival. You will be billed for the final count or the actual attendance, whichever is greater.
Cancellation Policy:
You have up to 2 months before the retreat to make changes in reservation number, length of retreat, etc. If your number dips below the contract, you will be charged for those who attended and 50% for those who didn't, up to your reservation number.
